Who we share information with (third parties)

To run our shop and fulfil orders we share personal information with the following categories of third parties. We only share what is necessary for the purpose described.

Service providers that we use (examples)

Platform & hosting: Wix (site hosting, online store engine, email notifications). They store and process site data on our behalf.

Order fulfilment & dropshipping connectors: DSers, AliExpress suppliers and other suppliers who pack and ship products. Suppliers and couriers receive the customer name, shipping address, phone number and order details so they can ship the order.

Payment processors: PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer (or other processor you choose). These processors handle card/banking details; we may receive confirmation and limited metadata.

Couriers & logistics: FedEx, DHL, local postal services and other carriers used to deliver packages (they receive shipping details and tracking info).

Analytics & advertising providers: Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel (for analytics and advertising), and other tracking/analytics partners you may enable.

Email & SMS providers: Wix Email Marketing, Google Workspace, or other email/SMS gateways used to send order emails, support replies and marketing messages.

Fraud & security providers: Services that help us detect and prevent fraudulent activity.

Why we share: to allow the third party to perform services (order fulfilment, payments, hosting, analytics). We require third parties to process data under contract and with appropriate safeguards.

International transfers

Some of our providers operate or store data outside your country (for example, hosting, payment processors, suppliers and analytics providers). When we transfer personal data internationally we use contractual safeguards and require providers to keep data secure and comply with applicable law.

What suppliers and couriers will see about an order

When you buy a product, we must share basic order information with the supplier and the courier so your product can be packed and delivered. This typically includes:

Your full name

Delivery address

Contact phone number

Email (only when needed for shipment notifications)

The product and quantity ordered

We instruct suppliers not to include promotional materials or supplier invoices with orders and to use neutral packaging where possible. We will do our best to keep supplier branding invisible to customers, but we cannot guarantee that every supplier will comply — this is a matter handled contractually with each supplier.

Data retention: how long we keep your data

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Typical retention periods:

Transactional records (orders, invoices): retained for at least 5 years to comply with tax and accounting rules and to respond to warranty or dispute claims.

Marketing data (email lists): until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.

Support tickets / correspondence: retained for the time needed to resolve the issue plus a reasonable period thereafter (usually up to 3 years unless a longer period is required by law).

Analytics (IP and usage logs): retained in aggregated or pseudonymized form for reporting and product improvement; raw logs for a shorter period (e.g. 6–24 months), depending on the provider settings.

When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in a secure manner in accordance with applicable laws (including POPIA Section 14).

Your rights (how to exercise them)

Depending on where you live, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. These typically include the right to:

Request access to your personal information (confirm whether we process it and request a copy).

Ask us to correct, update or complete inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request deletion or destruction of your personal information (subject to legal obligations to retain certain data).

Object to or restrict our processing of your personal information (for example, direct marketing or profiling).

Withdraw consent to processing where consent is the legal basis.

Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit.

Access controls and administrative safeguards for our systems and third‑party providers.

Periodic review of our security measures and vendor agreements.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, if we become aware of a breach that creates a real risk of harm to you we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
